Renovation and restructuring of part of a XVII century building, by combining spaces located on different levels.
The work develops the theme of the house within the house. It creates a volume within the existing one and re-qualifies the hierarchy of spaces.
The axis of the building, located on the southern angle of the Avenue d'Ouchy, coincides with the main area facing full south and overlooking Lake Geneva.
The organisation of spaces follows this orientation giving the view a new predominance.
