(in collaboration with F. Despland et A. Matrand)The master plan defines the ways to protect the quality of the lakeside landscape and its ecosystems.
It assesses the overall facilities on the banks in relation to the rose nurseries south of the lake. It plans future leisure, tourism and traffic facilities (marina, sports facilities, camping sites, holiday homes, hotels, future motorway).
It proposes a strict hierarchy of protection zones (fauna and flora ecosystems) and manages the facilities according to their impact on the environment and privileges the protection of the environment.
The Yverdon – Berne motorway route proposed was established between 1990 and 1999.
