The Meteora library project involved a major transformation and renovation of an existing 1988 municipal building into a modern public library providing easy access to the young population, the local community, visitors and tourists.As the local build and environment is poor a considerable effort was made to give it new proportions.

Its equipment uses all computer and technological resources necessary for the functioning of a modern library.

Colours and materials have been carefully selected to harmonize with the location, the site the building stands out from the surrounding gloom and becomes a lighthouse in the small city.

Activities, such as concerts, outdoor cinema, etc. can stand in the garden.
