The district is made up of 6 housing units of 180 m2 on three levels, with gardens covering 700 m2 each.
It is built around a square. The pathways follow a hierarchy that leads from public to private areas through a series of exterior or semi-exterior spaces. The choice of two materials principally and how they are used, the visible concrete block and the white roughcast masonry, follow this rule that governs the transitions from private to public spaces.
