This 250 m2 house, designed for a family of five people, is located at the edge of the village of Denges. It rests on a gentle slope going down to the river "La Venoge", and has a unique viewpoint. The way the house sits on the site creates a dramatic staging for the landscape both from inside and outside.
Materials used:
• Apparent concrete and masonry with white roughcast
• Smooth Eternit slates, anthracite
• Tin-plate in pre-patinated titanium zinc
• Windows in wood-metal
• Underfloor heating, natural gas.
